A happy rainy day

After a glorious week of sunshine, the rain is back. It's time to have fun without the sun!

Today we played with blocks, tickled and laughed, made cookies, went for a walk, danced in the rain, stepped into puddles, made a carrot cake, bought a happy t-shirt with colourful daisies, ate a yellow banana and skipped a nap.

What a fun day we had!

Book of the month

My sweet little daughter Sylvia loves goats.

She met her first goat at a petting zoo last year in September and it was love at first sight.
She was delighted to find a book about goats under the Christmas tree -
a story about The Three Billy Goats Gruff.


She loves the goats and the story.

After reading it every day for the last two months I can now attest that I know the story by heart.
It is fun and sweet!
